fish. It illustrates an approximate relationship between average
length and average weight of a Koi. (NB: All Koi develop different
body shapes according to bloodline, feed rate, pond design and water
current.)

Flow Rates & Pond Sizes:
Koi keepers generally turn over the volume of their ponds, through
their biological filters every 2 – 3 hours. If extra water current is
required this is generally achieved through extra pumps fed from
skimmers, waterfalls etc.
Nexus Filtration Systems

but obviously there is a maximum. The chart below shows the range of
